1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Qualifiers that have activated their tickets have to be present at the draws.
3. Tsogo Sun Gaming reserves the right to cancel and/or alter the duration of this promotion in the event of forced restrictions being placed on its operation.

5. 8. Draws will be held during specified days of mid-month or month-end at the property.
• All Draws will be held on the casino floor at 19h00, 20h00, 21h00.
• Blackrock will select a total of 15 winners a day, 5 possible winners for each tier.
• All winners will receive cash prizes only based on their card tier, which is illustrated as below:
o Gold: R1,000 Cash X5 Winners.
o Plat: R3,000 Cash X5 Winners.
o Black: R5,000 Cash X5 Winners.
• A participant may only be selected during promotion days, mid-month, or month-end.
• A participant may only be selected once.
• Patrons claim their prize on the same day of the promotion.
9. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
10. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees) within 15 days.
11. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition shall be disqualified.

14. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the relevant draws, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method shall be used, at the sole discretion of Blackrock Casinos’ management.
16. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
17. Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition. Neither the images depicted in advertisements, nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise indicated by the casino.
