1. In line with Covid Regulations and to ensure the safety of our Patrons and staff, all winners selected for this promotion will take place on the gaming floor promotional stage, under camera coverage, and no spectators or gatherings will be allowed. Tsogo Sun Gaming reserves the right to cancel and/or alter the duration of this promotion in the event of forced restrictions being placed on its operation
2. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
3. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
4. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date.

This promotional competition is exclusive to Blackrock Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

8. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, through any other form of consideration only points earned during the promotional period will be considered.
9. Points earning will begin on 29 March 2022
10. Players need to play Slots and Tables (Tuesday – Monday) over a 7 day period earn 5000 points to qualify for a Play Spin and Win Draw Tickets on Tuesday, qualifiers may activate their tickets on the day of the draw

15. All qualifiers will be communicated to via SMS on Tuesday morning provided that the respective qualifier/s has opted-in to receive communication.
