1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this gaming activation.
2. This gaming activation is exclusive to Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This gaming activation is open to Blackrock Rewards members only. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, through any other form of consideration only points earned during the activation period will be considered.
4. All active Blackrock Rewards member will be eligible to participate in this gaming activation based on their tier status. This gaming activation will be in two folds, tiered milestones and tiered draws.
4.1 Milestones – each tier has set milestones to achieve from 1 to 5 and they will get rewarded upon achieving their set milestone target as per below breakdown:

- Milestone rewards will be issued to participants when they achieve their points target during the activation period. Milestone points target will be recurring, therefore patrons will carry their points earned from milestone1 until milestone 5 for the duration of the activation 8 November 2021 to 21 January 2022.
- Qualifiers will be notified via triggered SMS communication during the permitted times that Blackrock can communicate, once they have achieved their milestone target.
- Milestone qualifiers will have a maximum of 7 days to claim their reward once they receive the communication via SMS to claim via the eHost. Those who have opted out to receive SMS communication their reward will be loaded for the qualifier to claim via the eHost without any form of communication.
- Should the qualifier of the milestone reward not claim their reward within the 7 day window period, they will forfeit their reward and will not be replaced.
4.2 Festive Draws – each tier will have a maximum of 10 tickets allocated to Milestone 1, 3 and 5 as an additional reward for the draws to take place 16 December 2021.
4.3 Draws will be tiered as per Milestones, therefore the activation will see a Black cardholders draw, Platinum cardholders draw and a Gold cardholders draw
4.4 Draws will be electronic and participants do not need to be present at the draws, however the tickets or entries need to be activated for the draws at the property via the eHost.
4.5 The period that the participants can earn tickets or achieve milestone 1, 3 & 5 starts 8 November until 12 December 2021. Qualifiers will be notified via SMS provided that the qualifying participant is opted in for SMS communication – qualifiers will need to visit the property to activate or enter their tickets from 13 December until 16 December at 12h00.
4.6 The same amount of tickets earned or achieved by the qualifiers will be communicated on Monday, 13 December and will be made available again on the upcoming days leading to the day of the draw, Tuesday 14 December, Wednesday, 15 December and Thursday, 16 December until 12pm (midday). Qualifier or participants can activate up to a maximum of 40 tickets to increase their chances of winning.
4.7 Draws will start at 13h00 (Black cardholders electronic draw bin first, Platinum cardholders electronic draw bin second and Gold cardholder electronic draw bin third)
4.8 Ten winners will be selected from each electronic draw bin (10x Black cardholder winners, 10x Platinum cardholder winners and 10x Gold cardholder winners).
4.9 Participants who have qualified and entered or activated their tickets cannot be selected more than once during their tier respective draw (only one ticket per patron can be drawn or selected). In an event where a patron or qualifier is selected more than once a redraw will take place for another qualifier who has not been selected yet.
5. All qualifiers will receive their milestone vouchers and draw ticket via the eHost on the day that they are communicated to.
6. Patrons can only participate in Festive Draws based on the set milestone targets being achieved during the activation period.
7. Entries into the activation or rewards issued cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
8. Activation times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used by Blackrock. Neither the images depicted in advertisements nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise indicated by the Blackrock.
9. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
10. Qualifiers can only claim their rewards or prizes themselves no proxy or family members will be allowed to redeem or collect the draw prizes on behalf of the qualifier or winner.
11. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
12. Any person transgressing the rules of this gaming activation will be disqualified
13. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the Milestone reward vouchers or Festive Draw device irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
14. Every participant in this gaming activation shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
15. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
