Floor of Fortune: TEEDS System (Electronic Draw Selection)
- Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
- This promotional competition is exclusive to Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- This promotion is open to all Blackrock Rewards cardholders, subject to minimum required points earning and pre-determined entry criteria. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, through any other form of consideration only points earned during the promotional period will be considered.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- The prize winner must claim the prize at Blackrock Customer Services Desk within 15 days of the draw.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- Earned tickets are only valid for the weekly draws. Points earned in one period or week cycle will not be carried over to the following week.
- Patrons will be eligible to win once in a draw period
- Guests must swipe their Blackrock Rewards cards at the eHost on draw dates in order to enter the draw, receipts must be kept for the draw times (Electronic draw without tickets)
- Entry mechanics of the promotion are as follows:
Weekly Fridays
- Random Active Player Selector (RAPS)
- Players who are actively playing on Friday evenings, between 7 – 9PM, will automatically be eligible to win
- Patrons will need to be present at the selected Slots or Tables in order to win
Selected Saturdays
- Points earning within 14 days prior to a specific draw date will be as follows:
- Ten & Jack Tier: 100 Points = 1 draw entry
- Queen Tier: 200 Points = 1 draw entry
- King & Ace Tier: 1000 Points = 1 draw entry
- Qualifying patrons registered on the Tsogo Sun app will receive additional tickets into Saturday draws as follows:
- Ten & Jack Tier: 6 additional tickets
- Queen Tier: 4 additional tickets
- King & Ace Tier: 2 additional tickets
- Points earned in one period will not be carried over to another period.
- All draws will be conducted electronically
- Patrons will be eligible to win once in a draw period
- Tickets & draw entries will NOT be capped
- All draws will take place at the casino main stage area
- Guest must swipe their rewards cards at the e-Host draw days to print their receipts, which must be kept until draw times for validation
- Tickets will be activated on the day of the draw from 08h00
- Draws take place on first and last Saturdays of every month, at 7pm, 8pm & 9pm, and qualifiers are required to be present at all draws
- Patrons who participate in Saturday draws and earn minimum 1 gaming point on the draw day will earn a +Play offer on the next Friday. +Play will be available for redemption from 6:00PM – 10:00PM as follows:
- Ten: R50
- Jack: R75
- Queen: R100
- King: R150
- Ace: R300
- The first Ace tier patron selected in a Saturday draw will receive an additional cash jackpot.

- The Random Application Player Selector (RAPS), will be used to select winners as they actively play Slots and/or Tables

- Selection will be tiered as follows:
- Ten & Jack Tier: 3 active players
- Queen Tier: 3 active players

- Once selected, a marketing host, accompanied by security personnel, will proceed to the relevant Slots/Tables machine
- Once the player has been verified, they will have won a guaranteed amount in cash
- The value of the cash prize won will be determined by the envelope chosen by each selected patron

- 3 participants will be selected by a way of an electronic draw selection every hour at 19h00, 20h00, and 21h00 – making a total of 9 winners per Saturday Draw
- Selection will start from the Ten Tier & Jack Tier, then Queen, and lastly, the King & Ace Tier
- Selected patrons will have 90 seconds to present their ticket for verification
- Once a patron has been verified they will be notified of the prize amount they have won
- Cash prizes will differ in each tier and each hour
- The first Ace tier patron selected in a Saturday draw will win an additional Cash Jackpot. If no Ace patron is selected during any of the hourly draws on that day, the cash prize will be carried over to the next Saturday draws as a progressive jackpot – until an Ace tiered patron wins
- Winner’s prize letters will be verified by security and issued immediately by a marketing host on the side of the stage. Winners can thereafter proceed to claim their cash prize at the Cash Desk
