CAR DRAW RULES

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3. Blackrock Casino reserves the right to vary or add to any of the rules of the promotion without prior notification.

4. All decisions of Blackrock Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. PROMOTION OPEN TO PLAYER CLUB MEMBERS.

6. The Winning Wheels car draw takes place on Sunday, 31 July 2011.

7. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using Club cards.

8. Tickets can be obtained in the following ways: 
Tickets can be printed at the Ehost from points earned from 1 May 2011.
9. 10 points will entitle the Silver  cardholder to 1 ticket, 50 points will entitle the Gold  cardholder to 1 ticket, 100 points will entitle the Platinum  cardholder to 1 ticket.

10. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

11. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.

12. 3 tombolas (Silver, Gold & Platinum) will be placed next to the stage.

13. A total of 8 additional finalists will be drawn between 1pm & 8pm (1pm – Silver, 2pm-Gold, 3pm-Platinum, 4pm-Silver, 5pm-Gold, 6pm-Platinum, 7pm  & 8pm– 1 ticket will be drawn from all 3 tombolas which will then be put into a hat & 1 ticket will be drawn to qualify as a finalist).

14. Finalists will participate in an elimination round where only 10 of the 20 finalists will go through to the final round.
The 10 finalists who have been eliminated will each win R500 Xtracredit each.
These 10 remaining finalists will participate in another elimination round where 7 of the finalists win R800 Xtracredit each, 1 finalist wins R1 500 Xtracredit, 1 finalist wins R3 000 Xtracredit & 1 finalist wins the Hyundai i20 valued at
R157 900. The car winner will be offered a cash option of R100 000.

15. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The tombola/draw box opens at 8am & closes 15min prior to each draw on Sunday, 31 July 2011.

16. A register will be available at the Club desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the tombola/draw box before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.

17. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule.  Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register.

18. Prize winners and/or finalists who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Club card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.

19. Should finalists not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the finalists declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw for another finalist will take place.

20. In instances where more than one eligible finalist is not present, due to declining the invitation to be present, random persons from the audience will be selected to act on behalf of these eligible finalists.

21. In instances where only one eligible finalist is not present, the last draw mechanism, podium, box or similar device will be issued to this finalist by default of the other finalists choosing their draw mechanisms, podiums, boxes or similar devices.

22. Any person who acts on behalf of an eligible finalist shall not be entitled to prizes and/or benefits awarded to the finalist or prize winner he or she acts on behalf of.

23. Persons acting on behalf of eligible finalists must acknowledge that he or she is merely acting on behalf of eligible finalist and that he or she is not entitled to prizes and/benefits awarded to finalists or prize winners.

24. Should a prize winner and or finalist who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw claim the prize. If the prize winner cannot be contacted after several attempts within the 15 day, the unclaimed money will be donated to charity.

25. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

26. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;

27. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;

28. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;

29. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

30. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;

32. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;

33. Blackrock Casino reserves the right to terminate this promotion without prior notification, after which the validity of the promotion tickets will be withdrawn. Any person deviating from the rules of the promotion will be disqualified.

34. Each rule of this promotion shall be severable from each other, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall be and remain in full force and effect.
