After the success of last years event , Blackrock Casino will once again host a Duke of Edinburgh Golf Championship qualifying round. The golf event will take place on the 14 March 2012 at the Newcastle Golf Club.

A fourball is selling at R2 000 which includes:

• Green Fee
• Arrival refreshments
• Halfway House
• Prize Giving Dinner at Blackrock Casino
• Scoring on the VPAR Scoring system
• Prizes valued at over R40 000 including brands like, Taylormade, Nike, Srixon, Ping and Mizuno

Companies can sponsor a hole at R500 or sponsor a raffle prize. Sponsors will be allowed to put up their branding on the day of the event.
