PROMOTIONAL RULES

1. Gaming legislation prohibits persons under the age of 18 from participating from any gaming activity.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. PROMOTION OPEN TO PLAYER CLUB MEMBERS AND NON-CLUB MEMBERS.
4. Draws take place on 16 December 2011 at 2pm, 4pm, 5pm, 7pm & 8pm and on 25, 26 December 2011 and at 2pm,4pm,6pm & 8pm.
5. Entry tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
6. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw through tickets, bank & table selections.
7. Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
8. During bank & table selections non-Club members receive a pre-determined gift . The benefit of being a Club member is that you get to select a prize from the gift box.
9. Winners will be announced at draws or by telephone (if applicable). Free tickets will be issued via the Ehost. Each voucher is valid for a particular time which is printed on the voucher. Prizes can be claimed from the casino.

11. One tombola will be placed next to the stage. Tickets will expire after each draw. A new ticket ,with the correct time, should be printed via the Ehost and placed for the next draw. Tickets with incorrect times in the tombola will  become invalid.
12. Participants can activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draws prior to the actual draw(s) as the entry bins only close 5min before the actual draw.
13. A register will be available at the Club desk from 8am, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
14. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule.  Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register.
15. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Club card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
16. Should finalists not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the finalists declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw for another finalist will take place.

Should a prize winner and or finalist who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall nominate a guest from the casino floor to act on behalf of the finalist who has declined an invite to be present for the draw. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw claim the prize. If the prize winner cannot be contacted after several attempts within the 15 day, the unclaimed money will be donated to charity.

1. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

1. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;

1. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;

1. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;

1. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
2. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
